The U.S. Polo Assn. brand is the official brand of the United States Polo Association (USPA), the governing body of the sport of polo in the U.S. since 1890. Wait the second.... eeerrrrr the original logo has two men vigorously playing polo.... the logo on my watch is like a single man playing golf riding the horse.....
This watch was a gift from my wife. She saw it in one of the local shop. I guess it must be there for quite a while. the crystals on the dial have blurred out and need some cleaning. To my knowledge, only a single batch of U.S. Polo ASS'N automatic watches was ever made. It was during the mid 1990's.
Ok, the recommended selling price is definitely scare the hell out of a lot of people... Mind you, the watch is not cheap when my missus purchased it.
This watch has the standard two tones Rolex President's look. It also comes with two tones President bracelet with hidden clasp. This watch has been equipped with scratchproof sapphire crystal.
The crown is screwed in and has the logo embossed on it.
The hidden clasp has the laser imprinted logo....
The case back is nicely done. It is flat and finely polished
This is actually a very good quality Rolex wanna be watch. At the bottom of the dial it is stated that "Swiss Movt". This is referring to the ETA 2834-2 25 jewels automatic movement used. I have always love watches like this, and my missus knows me well....
