Another Vintage Seiko ~ Skyliner
Bought this from a friend in Hong Kong for the sum of USD 85.50. Nothing special about this watch apart from the fact that it was produced in 1961... after so many years, the condition is still in tip-top... the dial and hands is 100% intact, the glass has been replaced......This is a 21 jewels manual winding movement... the design is clean and simple... It is rightful to call this a museum grade vintage seiko.
I have one of the same. Different manufacturing year though. Series 6100 Seiko movement was the base for the first Hi-Beat Seiko movement.
